Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
SEND Parent Hub (the "Service") is provided by Send Parent Hub, a UK-based business ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Send Parent Hub.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You must be 18 or over, or have authority to act for the organisation you use it for.
3. The Service
The Service helps parents and carers in England organise school and EHCP records, assessment journeys, Tribunal appeal preparation and diary notes, and find support. It is an organising tool and does not provide legal, medical or professional advice. For advice, contact IPSEA, SOSSEN or your local SENDIASS.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including:
- using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
- uploading content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- introducing malware, probing or testing our security, scraping, or interfering with the Service;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service, or getting around plan limits.
6. AI Report Assistant
The AI Report Assistant turns your own diary entries into summaries. You are responsible for what you enter, for having the right to use that content, and for checking every summary before relying on or sharing it. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional advice. You must not use it to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or impersonating content, or try to bypass its safeguards. We may refuse, filter or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You keep the rights to your inputs and the summaries produced for you. To report content that infringes your rights, contact us; repeated infringement leads to account termination.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of your content and give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the Service.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. In summary: subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled; if you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; switching between monthly and yearly takes effect straight away with a pro-rated charge or credit. See our Refund Policy.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service running well but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy breaches. You can close your account at any time. When access ends you may ask us to export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
11. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. You agree to compensate us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these terms.
12. General
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer our rights in a merger or sale. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact Send Parent Hub through the Account page in the app.
